The time is tick, tick, ticking away, and the pressure is on.

The final countdown to the end of the semester has truly begun in ISM. After dedicating countless hours to completing research, assessments, and blogs, the end of the semester is finally within reach. With the last major project for 2023 in ISM, also known as the Original Work, being due this Friday, I am nearing the finish line.

Since the end of the year is so close, I would like to reflect a bit on all of the work I have completed this semester.

Just last year, I had no idea the Independent Study & Mentorship program even existed at my school. However, the sheer amount of opportunities this program has given me is unbelievable.

I've been able to meet professionals in my dream career. I’ve attained advanced writing and interpersonal skills. I’ve gained useful advice from my experiences and interviews. But most importantly, I’ve gained treasured connections with both my classmates and professionals that I have been given the opportunity to interact with.

So as my time in ISM comes to an end in 2023, I hope to use all of the assets that this program has given me as I continue my journey into 2024.
