It is that time of the school year where students have to take careful consideration to choose the classes that they want to take during the following year. In order to take advantage of this, multiple of the current ISM students have visited the classes of the rising juniors and seniors to promote the program.
Within the past week, I have been able to drop by a handful of classes with some of my fellow ISM students to provide the underclassmen with an overview of the program, explain the benefits of partaking in ISM, and supply them with instructions on how to apply for the program.
By speaking with some of the younger students at my high school on my own experiences in ISM, I was also given the opportunity to reflect on how much this program has allowed me to accomplish. I have been able to meet so many people and create a multitude of products that I probably would have never made the time to do otherwise. Being a part of this program has truly been a worthy investment into my future, and I know that it will continue to set up other driven and like-minded individuals to succeed in their fields of choice.
