Stepping Up to the Plate

Curating a plan ahead of time can save someone from a large amount of stress.

I know that I have already mentioned similar ideas to this in a previous blog, but this has proven to be even more important as I began to draft my calendar and proposal for my final product. I have decided that I would like to try to make a life-like model of a region of the body, probably the knee or some part of the leg that is commonly operated on, to be able to show other people how exactly the human body functions. In addition, the model will hopefully also be able to be used to demonstrate surgical procedures.

However, in order to create such an intricate project, I need to make a plan in advance so that I am able to complete everything on time. That is exactly what I did in my proposal and I hope to send it to Dr. Wilson once he is confirmed to be my mentor. Within the proposal, I included a calendar that depicted the tasks that I need to complete within each week, leading all the way up to our final presentation night. Hopefully, with this plan, I will be able to manage my stress better and step up to the plate to play ball!
